Mary Myrick, a nationally accredited public relations professional, is the founder and president of Public Strategies, an Oklahoma-based, nationally recognized company with a wide range of state and national clients. Throughout her career, she has worked for numerous high-profile individuals, federal and state government agencies, businesses, non-profits, private and family foundations and even a professional sports organization.
Her culturally diverse team, consisting of approximately 150 employees, has earned a reputation for being a high-performance organization that delivers results. Myrick leads these change agents, all of whom are highly regarded for their work in helping systems, organizations, and individuals maximize their impact on the public good. Myrick travels nationally helping communities effect solutions that are transformative and aligned with best practices. She specializes in understanding rigorous research and the application of knowledge to specific circumstances, and she is a highly regarded and skilled communicator, developing audience-appropriate messages and engaging others in ways that change their thinking and practices.
Kristian Brulé

Kristian (Kris) Brulé was born in Rome, New York, and became a resident of Carlton Landing in September 2014. Although he lives in Edmond, he spends most weekends and holidays at Carlton Landing with his wife, Susan Zubik. He graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma, where he earned a BAA in Management and later obtained his MBA. Kris retired with over 40 years of service from the Federal Government, which included 4.5 years in the Air Force and 30 years as a Contracting Officer and Manager in the Contracting Career field at Tinker Air Force Base. He is now employed with Northrop Grumman as a Contract Administrator on the B-2 Program.
Chuck Mai

After a 20-year career in broadcast news followed by 30 years serving as Vice President of Public and Government Affairs for AAA Oklahoma, Mai retired in the fall of 2017 and is a full-time resident of Carlton Landing with his wife, Nancy. A graduate of the University of Missouri School of Journalism, he continues to write for area publications. Chuck and Nancy have three adult children and a beautiful new granddaughter.
Heather Scott

Heather Scott is a community volunteer who is passionate about programs and activities which have the ability to enact generational changes. She currently serves as Board Chair for Whiz Kids of Oklahoma, a literacy and mentoring program. She also serves on the Board of United Way of Central Oklahoma and serves as a member of the Community Investment and Finance Committees and the Board of Positive Tomorrows where she is a member of the Development Committee.
Heather is recently retired Vice President of Corporate and Administrative Initiatives at Continental Resources.
In her role, Heather was a strategic advisor and responsible for planning, organizing and directing programs and projects that support Continental’s short- and long-term vision and goals. She was in charge of project management and collaboration, leading special projects and synchronizing all activities involved in the successful completion of assigned projects at the executive level.
Heather also served as a liaison with the City of Oklahoma City and worked closely with city officials on issues important to Continental. It was this role which sparked her interest in Town business.
The first 20 years of Heather’s career were in the legal field as a paralegal. It is this unique experience which guides her adherence to municipal regulations.
Heather earned a degree in business administration from Oklahoma City University with an emphasis on accounting and finance.
Greg Buckley
Town Administrator

Mr. Buckley was hired as the first Town Administrator for The Town of Carlton Landing July 20, 2019. He has a Master's degree in Public Administration from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor's of Arts in Public Administration degree from the University of Oklahoma. Mr. Buckley has worked in municipal government for approximately 35 years. His experience incorporates three States and communities from 2,800 to 95,000 in population.
In addition to his municipal work, Mr.Buckley has been active in several professional associations including: City Manager's Association of Oklahoma, serving on the Board and as President; Oklahoma Public Employers Labor Relations Association, serving as President; International City Manager Association; National Public Employers Labor Relations Association; and Oklahoma Municipal League serving on various committees. He was appointed to serve on the Oklahoma Public Employees Relations Board as the Municipal representative. Mr. Buckley is a certified Mediator through the Early Settlement Program by the Oklahoma State Supreme Court.
Mr. Buckley enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially his wife and grandchildren. Hobbies include riding motorcycle, golf and wife projects.
